We are committed to providing a safe, welcoming and supportive environment where children and young people can develop their confidence, creativity and performance skills.
Privacy & Data Protection
At Walker’s Performance Workshops, we take the protection of personal information seriously and are committed to handling it responsibly and in accordance with UK data protection legislation.
We collect information through our booking forms to administer bookings and ensure our workshops run safely and effectively. This may include children’s names and ages, parent or guardian contact details, emergency contacts, and relevant medical, allergy or additional-support information.
We use this information where necessary for workshop administration, communication, safety, safeguarding and legal obligations.
We take appropriate steps to protect personal information, limit access to those who need it and retain records only for as long as necessary.

Safeguarding & Child Protection
The safety and wellbeing of children and young people are at the heart of everything we do.
We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive and professionally supervised environment throughout our dance, drama, singing and musical theatre workshops.
Our safeguarding arrangements include appropriate staff safeguarding and DBS checks, responsible supervision, clear registration and collection procedures, designated safeguarding arrangements, and appropriate first-aid and emergency procedures.
We work closely with our host venues to ensure that safeguarding and site safety arrangements are properly coordinated.
